HUD listing broker in Colorado: the Kenna Real Estate Group
A HUD-registered listing and selling broker group covering the Denver metro, the Front Range and the Pueblo and Colorado Springs corridors. We list and sell HUD homes, REO and bank-owned property, deliver broker price opinions on the vendor’s fee schedule, and report on the asset manager’s timeline, not ours.
What we do for HUD and REO asset managers
Listing
HUD and REO listings
Pre-list inspection photos, occupancy status, utility activation through the field service manager, MLS entry inside the required window, HUD Home Store coordination, weekly status reports in your format, and bid-package review before anything reaches the asset manager.
Valuation
Broker price opinions
Exterior and interior BPOs on your fee schedule, with three sold and three active comparables, condition notes, repaired and as-is values, and marketing-time estimates. Residential and small commercial. Fee schedule and order form.
Field work
Occupancy and condition
Occupancy checks, cash-for-keys coordination, lockbox and sign placement, and photo-documented condition reports with timestamps, all tied to the property’s HUD case number or your asset ID.
Buyers
A buyer pipeline that is already here
This website shows every HUD home in Colorado with a page per property, sends HUD home alerts to registered buyers, and ranks on Google for Denver and Colorado HUD searches. A listing assigned to us is marketed to people already looking for it.
Where we work
One contact covers the whole footprint. Assign a Denver condo and a Pueblo single-family on the same day and the reports come back the same way.

How to engage us
Step 1
HUD asset manager
HUD’s Asset Manager for Colorado (HOC Denver, area 1D) is Raine and Company, LLC. We hold a current listing-broker application with Raine and keep the HUD NAID, W-9, E&O certificate and license file ready for any local listing broker review.
Step 2
REO servicers and outsourcers
Send the vendor application link or your onboarding packet to homes@kennarealestate.com. The W-9 is Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC. Brian Lee Burke is the primary broker on every form; the group does the field work.
Step 3
First assignment
Occupancy check and exterior photos within two business days of assignment, utilities ordered the same day, BPO on your form inside your turn time. Status every week, or on your cadence.
Fees follow the vendor’s published schedule. We do not provide free BPOs or free occupancy checks. Mileage applies beyond 25 miles from the Centennial office.
Questions asset managers ask us
Is the Kenna Real Estate Group a brokerage?
No. We are a group of licensed Colorado brokers at Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC, 6300 S Syracuse Way, Suite 150, Centennial, CO 80111. The brokerage holds the HUD NAID (MSTRSR6204), signs the listing agreement and carries the E&O policy. Details are on our brokerage disclosure.
Are you registered with HUD to list and sell HUD homes?
Yes. Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC is a HUD-registered broker, NAID MSTRSR6204, and our brokers submit HUD bids and list HUD inventory under that registration. HUD does not “approve” or endorse brokers; registration is what allows a broker to transact on HUD Home Store.
How fast is a BPO?
Inside your turn time. Tell us the deadline on the order and it is met or we decline the order up front. Rush orders are available on the Denver metro side at the vendor’s rush fee.
Do you handle cash-for-keys and evictions?
We coordinate cash-for-keys negotiations and document occupant contact. Eviction filings are handled by the asset manager’s attorney; we provide occupancy evidence, photos and access.
Can you sell the home once it is listed?
That is the point. Every HUD home in Colorado is already on this website with its own page, bid deadline and financing code, and our registered buyers get an alert the day a listing appears. Owner-occupant demand for Denver-area HUD homes is strong; most insured listings in the metro draw bids inside the 15-day exclusive period.
