We are not a brokerage firm. Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC is the brokerage on every listing, purchase and closing we handle for buyers and sellers in Denver and across Colorado.

What is a real estate group at a brokerage?
- In Colorado, a team or group is a set of brokers who work together inside one brokerage firm.
- Every broker in The Kenna Group is licensed with Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC.
- The group name is how we market our work. The brokerage is the licensed firm responsible for it.
What it means for you as a buyer or seller
- Your agreement is with the brokerage. Listing agreements and buyer agreements name Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC.
- Your broker is supervised. Keller Williams DTC’s employing broker oversees every broker in our group.
- You can ask who is in the group. We give the names of every broker in The Kenna Group to anyone who asks.
- Independently owned. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated.

HUD homes, this website, and what we are not
HUD registration. Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC (Masters Realty LLC, dba KW Realty DTC) is registered with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to list and sell HUD-owned homes under Name Address Identifier (NAID) MSTRSR6204. The brokers of The Kenna Group submit HUD bids and list HUD inventory under that registration. HUD registers brokers; it does not approve, certify or endorse them. We never describe ourselves as HUD-approved.
This website. denver-hudhomes.com is owned and operated by The Kenna Group at Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC. It is a private real estate website, not a government website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for HUD, the Federal Housing Administration, HUD Home Store, or HUD’s asset manager for Colorado, Raine and Company, LLC. Listing information is republished from HUD Home Store, is updated on a schedule and can lag HUD’s own site; hudhomestore.gov is the official source and controls when the two disagree.
Compensation. On a HUD purchase, HUD pays the selling broker’s commission from the sale proceeds as stated in HUD’s listing terms, so our buyer representation on a HUD home costs the buyer nothing beyond what HUD publishes. Colorado requires a written buyer agreement before we show homes; that agreement names Keller Williams Realty DTC, LLC and explains compensation before you sign. On non-HUD purchases, buyer-broker compensation is negotiable and is disclosed in that agreement.
Lender disclosure. Mike Oswald at Rate (NMLS 261003; Rate, Inc. NMLS 2611, Equal Housing Lender) is an independent mortgage lender we refer buyers to. You are free to shop for and choose any lender. We receive no referral fee or thing of value from Rate for the referral, in compliance with RESPA.
Equal housing. We follow the federal Fair Housing Act and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act. Equal Housing Opportunity.
Advice. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, lending or appraisal advice. Bid results, financing codes, deadlines and prices are set by HUD and its asset manager and can change without notice. Verify every detail on the HUD Home Store listing and in your contract.

What to watch out for
- Check the brokerage name before you sign. Any agreement should name the brokerage firm, not only a team.
- Team names are marketing names. Any Colorado team should show its brokerage next to its name.
- Ask who supervises your agent. Every Colorado broker works under an employing broker.
