Which Colorado cities have the most HUD homes?
Aurora, Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo usually carry the most listings, followed by the Adams County suburbs (Thornton, Westminster, Commerce City, Brighton) and Greeley. Boulder and Larimer counties have the fewest. The live block on this page shows today’s count by city.
Where are the cheapest HUD homes in Colorado?
Pueblo, the Arkansas Valley towns (La Junta, Las Animas, Canon City), Greeley and the eastern plains. Metro Denver condos under $250,000 are the cheapest way into the metro.
