How to read it

  • IN, IE, UI are HUD’s financing codes: insured (standard FHA works), insured with a repair escrow, uninsured (203(k), renovation loan or cash). What each means for your loan.
  • The $100 down flag is HUD’s incentive on eligible FHA owner-occupant purchases. How it works.
  • Left inventory means the home sold, went under contract or was pulled; its page stays up marked unavailable.
