Why alerts beat browsing for HUD homes
Colorado has a few dozen HUD homes at any moment. A good one in Aurora or Lakewood is listed, gets its owner-occupant window, and is under contract inside two weeks. If you find it on day 12, you missed the accumulation period and are bidding against everyone who saw it on day 1. An alert flips that: you know the hour it appears, you inspect in the first week, and you bid inside the window.

Can I get alerts for all of Colorado?
Yes. Write “anywhere” or “all of Colorado” in the cities box. You can also list several cities or counties separated by commas.
What if I want to stop?
